The number of guests for the NOMAD Gathering is limited to 500 people.

Parking:

Parking is available outside the event area in the designated parking lot. Driving vehicles into the event area is strictly prohibited, even for the purpose of sleeping in a car.

INFRASTRUCTURE

There are no tobacco shops or ATMson the festival grounds, so please be prepared accordingly.

The nearest grocery store, tobacco shop, pharmacy and ATM can be found in Pápa.

There is no Wi-Fi on site, and mobile signal coverage is weak.

Showers and toilets:

There are toilets and cold-water showers at the event site and near the venues.

Food court:

In the food court, as part of our environmental awareness efforts, vendors do not provide disposable plates, cutlery or cups for food and drinks. Therefore we ask that bring your own tableware and cup, so that the vendors can serve you the food and drink in it. If you don't have such equipment, you can buy a high-quality plastic plate and a stainless steel cutlery set on site for 1,500 Ft per set, and with a cup added for 2,000 Ft per set.

It is forbidden to bring alcohol into the event area.

If you are camping:

Within the event area and on the map, we mark the areas designated for camping, where you will find more distant, quieter places as well as closer but noisier ones. With a motorhome you can park in a separate area.

Pápa lakes - Playa Luna:

The festival area – Playa Luna – is a real earthly paradise, and we would like our presence to build and beautify this place rather than destroy it. Our hosts also live in the area on the other side of a closed bridge; please respect their privacy:

  • do not enter areas marked “STAFF ONLY”;
  • do not pick anything from the garden without asking;
  • swimming in the lake is only allowed from sunrise to sunset, at your own risk. (Please pay attention to your own and others' physical safety.)
  • do not harm the trees, take care of the plants and any rare birds that appear.
  • dispose of trash in the waste bins provided on the site.
  • Lighting fires anywhere on the grounds is PROHIBITED! (There will only be a fire on the Beach, at the fire pit)

CHILDREN

Children and minors under the age of 14 may attend the event free of charge under parental supervision. Upon entry, we require them to show a photo ID. We do NOT provide childcare on site.

Pets

In addition to their owners, we naturally welcome pets with love as well.

Please make sure the area remains clean afterwards and that they do not disturb other visitors in any way. If any problem arises with them (they tear up the rubbish, attack people or other dogs, steal food from the table, bark without cause, are disruptive, create fear), you must keep them on a leash from then on. If your pet causes damage, you are responsible for compensating it.

Be sure to bring their vaccination booklet with you!
