This privacy policy is effective from March 24, 2025 until revoked.

The website www.nomadgathering.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by sole proprietor Csaba Klein, hereby informs visitors that personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the Privacy Policy set out below.

This policy is based on the Privacy and Data Security Policy of sole proprietor Csaba Klein and applies to all data processing activities related to the operation of the Website that involve the processing of personal data as defined in Section 3 (2) Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Hungary) (“Infotv.”)

The terms used in this policy correspond to the definitions set out in Section 3 of the Infotv.

Csaba Klein, as a sole proprietor, declares that he processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of exercising rights or fulfilling obligations. He does not use the data for private purposes, and all data processing is carried out in accordance with the principle of purpose limitation.
If the purpose of data processing ceases or the data processing becomes unlawful, the data must be deleted.

Personal data may be processed only with the prior consent of the data subject or on the basis of a legal obligation.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to ensure that sole proprietor Csaba Klein always appropriately informs data subjects about the purpose and legal basis of data processing and all essential circumstances before providing the data.

Staff involved in data processing are bound by confidentiality obligations and have signed a confidentiality statement.

The organizational structure of data processing and the responsibilities are determined by the head of the data controller, who also designates the person responsible for supervising the data processing activities.

Employees are obliged to take all necessary measures to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot access personal data. The data is stored and placed in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot view, modify or destroy it.


3. Exercising the rights of data subjects

Any natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly by their personal data may request information about the processing of their personal data, request its rectification, deletion (unless otherwise provided by law), or transfer to a third party through the Data Controller's contact details.

Sole proprietor Csaba Klein responds to received requests in writing in an understandable form within 30 days. In the case of exercising the right to object, the response time is 5 days.

The information covers the data specified in Section 15 (1) of the Infotv., except where a law prohibits the disclosure of the data.

Information is generally provided free of charge. Reimbursement of costs may only be requested in cases specified in Section 15 (5) of the Infotv.

The Data Controller may refuse the request only on the grounds specified in Section 9 (1) or Section 19 of the Infotv., and the refusal must be sent in writing with reasons.

If the data is inaccurate and the correct data is available, the head of the competent organizational unit corrects the data. If the conditions of Section 17 (2) of the Infotv. are met, the data must be deleted.

If the data subject objects to the data processing, the Data Controller suspends the data processing for up to 5 days until a decision is made. The data subject must be informed of the decision pursuant to Section 21 (2) of the Infotv. If the objection is well-founded, the Data Controller shall act in accordance with Section 21 (3) of the Infotv.

The Data Controller is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by unlawful data processing or a data security incident, including non-material (moral) damages. The Data Controller is exempt from liability if it proves that the damage was caused by an unavoidable reason outside the scope of the data processing.

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

4. Data processing on the website

4.1. Use of the website

The website is accessible to anyone without revealing their identity or providing personal data.

At the same time, non-personal data (such as technical statistical data) may be collected automatically from visitors' devices, which is not suitable for identification.

The website uses the Google Analytics service, which uses cookies to analyze visitor behavior.
Information generated by the cookie (including the IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers located in the United States.

Google does not combine this data with other stored information; however, under certain circumstances, IP addresses may be considered personal data under applicable data protection laws.
Visitors can disable the use of cookies in their browsers.

By using the website, the visitor consents to the processing of data as described above.


4.2. Contact

A contact form is available on the website.
The message can only be sent if the visitor accepts the data management rules by ticking the checkbox.

5. Issues not regulated herein

For matters not regulated in the Data Processing Policy, the provisions of the Info Act shall apply.

The purpose of this policy is to define the data protection principles applied by the data controller and to ensure that the rights of the data subjects are respected in all data processing activities.

6. Duration of data processing

Personal data is processed until the service is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
Deletion will be carried out within 10 days of receiving the data subject's request.

In case of unlawful data processing or misuse, the data controller is entitled to delete the data immediately or retain it for the duration of the legal proceedings.


7. Modification and deletion of personal data

Modification or deletion of personal data can be requested in writing through the data controller's contact details.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter is also available on the website.
Deleted data cannot be restored.


8. Data processing

The data controller does not use external data processors; all data processing is carried out in-house.


9. Data transfer

The data controller is legally entitled and obliged to transmit data to authorities.
The data controller cannot be held liable for such data transfers.


10. Modification of the Privacy Policy

The data controller reserves the right to amend this policy unilaterally at any time.
Affected persons will be properly informed of the modification.
By continuing to use the service, the data subject accepts the modified policy.


11. Rights of the data subjects

The data subject may request information, rectification, deletion or blocking of their data processed by the data controller at any time.
Electronic requests are accepted only from the data subject's registered email address.

The data controller responds within 30 days in an understandable form.


12. Legal remedies

The data subject may seek remedy under the Info Act and the Civil Code, and may lodge a complaint with the the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:
